Your roles and responsibilities
Edit author manuscript for spelling, grammar, punctuation, clarity, and rephrasing sentences as needed.
Edit to ensure that the document conforms to the publisher’s language and style requirements.
Quality language editing for Journals and books.
Responsible for carrying out regular checks of files copyedited by the editor trainees and provide appropriate feedback.
Job requirements
UG/PG – Physics, Chemistry, Chemical, Botany, Zoology, Bio-Technology, Plant Biology, Microbiology, Nutrition, Bio-Chemistry, Bio-Science, Polymer Science, Environmental Science, Bio-Informatics, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Pharma, EEE, ECE, E&I, English
Excellent verbal and written English skills with an eye for detail.
Skilled in MS Word
Enthusiastic learner and has a passion for reading/editing.
Rotational shifts (no night shift)
1st shift – 6.15 AM to 1.45 PM
2nd shift – 1.45 PM to 9.15 PM

Your roles and responsibilities
Work closely with managers to ensure the deliverables are as per the standards and customer expectations
Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies
Manage and interact with customers via emails / calls
Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability
Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
Job requirements
PG Degree in Science with good communication skills – written or oral
Skilled in MS Office
At least 2 years experience in editing STM content.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts (no night shift for women)
Rotational shifts
Mon – Sat 8:00 – 17:30.

Your roles and responsibilities
Good knowledge in Epsilon, DTD, XML Schema and knowledge in parsing tools like xmlSpy, oxygen XML Editor
Should possess very strong XHTML skills; knowledge of how to use appropriate hooks in XHTML
Interact collaboratively with designers, back-end developers, and project management team
Strong knowledge of XML XHTML schema definition and processing tools
Job requirements
Atleast 3 years experience in XML Conversion with good knowledge in PubMed and DOCBOOK DTD
*Experience in creating DTD and XSLT will be an added advantage.
